A client who decides on this service is supported from the planning phase and enjoys the following services based on description of the planned trade fair appearance:

• Calculation and planning of the required transport capacity
• Pre-collections
• Temporary storage and testing of the products and stand components planned for the trade fair/event
• Scheduling and booking of the required transport equipment, of parking spaces on the trade fair grounds and of equipment on location (e.g. stacker, crane etc.)
• Trade fair transportation
• Provision of the required personnel on location at the trade fair
• Trade fair management on location – employee arrives at the trade fair grounds before the first delivery truck and coordinates all tasks on location from this point in time as well as during the trade fair. They only depart once the last removal truck has left the trade fair grounds.
• Logged monitoring of the unloading
• Transfer of the stand components and exhibition goods to the stand location
• Managed temporary storage of the empty packaging (transfer of responsibility and monitoring of which empty packaging belongs to which product)
• Dismantling and repacking for return transportation and photographic documentation if the product was damaged during the trade fair
• Return to the mode of transportation
• Logged monitoring of the loading
• Return transportation
• Warehouse unloading logging as well as device function tests
• Storage
